THE CYBRTHUGS
CLAN CHARTER

To preserve the integrity of our brotherhood and ensure that new recruits are chosen by those who have demonstrated unwavering commitment, we establish the following criteria for nominating new members to The CybrThugs:

• Only members who have maintained good standing for a minimum of nine (9) months may submit a nomination.
• “Good standing” is defined as:
• - Active participation in at least two official clan events or game nights per month.
• - Regular engagement within The CybrThugs community and Discord.
• - Public display of the CybrThugs logo or tag on Twitch, social media, or relevant platforms.
• - No unresolved conflicts or disciplinary actions within the clan.

This ensures that nominations are made by those who understand the spirit, expectations, and legacy of The CybrThugs.

This amendment formally records the patching of MagicWookiee89 as a full member of The CybrThugs.

MagicWookiee89 was nominated for membership by CybrVillain and, following a unanimous vote of the patched Thugs, was formally patched into The CybrThugs on February 28, 2025.

Effective February 28, 2025, MagicWookiee89 is recognized as a patched Thug, with all rights, responsibilities, and standing afforded to full members under the Charter and Code of Brotherhood.

This amendment serves as the permanent record of his nomination, unanimous approval, and patching.

This amendment formally records the nominations and patching of Ghost_Reaper73 and LegoLand69420 as full members of The CybrThugs.

Ghost_Reaper73 was nominated for membership by Hypnotitron on May 28, 2025 and, following a unanimous vote of the patched Thugs, was approved for full membership.

LegoLand69420 was nominated for membership by MagicWookiee89 on July 28, 2025 and, following a unanimous vote of the patched Thugs, was approved for full membership.

Upon their respective patching, Ghost_Reaper73 and LegoLand69420 are recognized as patched Thugs, with all rights, responsibilities, and standing afforded to full members under the Charter and Code of Brotherhood.

This amendment serves as the permanent record of their nominations, unanimous approval, and patching.

The CybrThugs formally recognize The Thugettes, founded by VantaQueen and Smitten's Shenanigans, as an affiliated group within the broader CybrThugs community.

The Thugettes exist to recognize individuals who stand with, support, participate in, or otherwise maintain a meaningful connection to The CybrThugs and its community without holding the CybrThugs patch.

The Thugettes are organizationally distinct from The CybrThugs. Recognition as a Thugette does not constitute membership in The CybrThugs and does not confer voting rights, authority, or any other rights reserved to patched Thugs.

The CybrThugs recognize The Thugettes as part of the extended brotherhood and respect their distinct identity within the CybrThugs community.

Membership in The Thugettes is open to individuals who have established a meaningful connection to The CybrThugs community through friendship, support, gaming, partnership, participation, or continued association with the clan.

A familial or romantic relationship with a patched Thug is not required for membership.

Acceptance as a Thugette is determined by VantaQueen and Smitten's Shenanigans, the founding Thugettes. Acceptance does not require nomination, approval, or vote by the patched Thugs.

Thugette membership is independent of any romantic or familial relationship with a patched Thug. The beginning or end of such a relationship does not, by itself, establish or terminate Thugette membership.

The Thugettes are not gender-specific. Any individual may be accepted as a Thugette without regard to gender.

Founding Thugettes

VantaQueen and Smitten's Shenanigans are formally recognized as the founding Thugettes and the original authority for acceptance into The Thugettes.

The Patch carries the loyalty, honor, trust, and legacy of The CybrThugs. A patched Thug who fundamentally betrays that trust may forfeit not only their place within the brotherhood, but the right to have their name carried within its lineage.

Erasure is the highest sanction of The CybrThugs. It is reserved for acts of betrayal so severe that continued recognition of the individual would dishonor the Patch, the Code of Brotherhood, or the brotherhood itself.

Grounds for Erasure

A patched or former Thug may be considered for Erasure for:

• Betrayal of the Brotherhood – Deliberately revealing confidential clan matters, maliciously damaging The CybrThugs or its members, or committing a fundamental betrayal of the trust placed in a Thug.

• Malicious Abandonment – Leaving the brotherhood while engaging in deliberate slander, retaliation, sabotage, or other conduct intended to harm The CybrThugs or its members.

• Grave Violation of the Code – Conduct determined to be fundamentally incompatible with the Code of Brotherhood and the honor required of anyone who carries the Patch.

• Deliberate Subversion – Intentional efforts to fracture the brotherhood, corrupt its governance, manipulate its members against one another, or otherwise cause deliberate harm from within.

Disagreement, personal conflict, inactivity, absence, or voluntary departure alone shall not constitute grounds for Erasure.

Process of Erasure

Erasure requires the unanimous vote of all patched Thugs eligible to vote.

Upon that vote:

• The individual is permanently stripped of all membership, standing, titles, honors, privileges, and recognition within The CybrThugs.

• The individual's name shall be removed from official rosters, rolls of honor, memorials, and other records intended to recognize the members and lineage of The CybrThugs.

• The individual shall no longer be publicly honored, celebrated, or recognized as having been a CybrThug.

• Where preservation of the historical record requires reference to events involving the individual, the events may remain, but the individual's identity shall be recorded as [REDACTED] or otherwise withheld.

• Erasure does not permit the alteration or fabrication of historical events. The name is erased. The history is not rewritten.

Statement of Finality

Erasure is not discipline imposed in anger. It is the final determination of the brotherhood that an individual has forfeited the honor of having their name carried forward as part of The CybrThugs.

Once Erased, the individual has no standing, honor, title, or recognition within the brotherhood.

Their deeds may remain where history requires them.

Their name does not.

This amendment formally records the patching of Smitten's Shenanigans as a full member of The CybrThugs.

Smitten was nominated for membership by KhaoticRage and, following a unanimous vote of all six active patched Thugs, was formally patched into The CybrThugs on September 21, 2025.

Prior to her nomination, Smitten had established herself as a constant presence within the brotherhood, participating alongside the clan, supporting its members, contributing to the growth of the CybrVerse community, and consistently demonstrating the loyalty and commitment expected of those who carry the Patch.

Effective September 21, 2025, Smitten's Shenanigans is recognized as a patched Thug, with all rights, responsibilities, and standing afforded to full members under the Charter and Code of Brotherhood.

Her previous recognition as a founding Thugette neither granted nor diminished her standing as a candidate for the Patch. Her membership in The CybrThugs was earned independently and granted through the same unanimous approval required of every patched Thug.

This amendment serves as the permanent record of her nomination, unanimous approval, and patching.

This amendment formally establishes the CybrCadets as the recognized youth division of The CybrThugs under the administration and supervision of Smitten's Shenanigans.

The CybrCadets exist to provide younger gamers who wish to participate alongside The CybrThugs with a safe, supervised, and age-appropriate environment in which to develop multiplayer etiquette, teamwork, sportsmanship, communication, and respect for the community.

The CybrCadets are not a prospect program or junior membership class. They provide younger gamers a place within the extended CybrThugs community without granting or implying the CybrThugs Patch.

Section 1 – Status

CybrCadets are recognized participants within the extended CybrThugs community but are not patched members of The CybrThugs.

CybrCadets:

• Hold no voting rights or authority within The CybrThugs.
• May not hold clan rank or command authority within The CybrThugs.
• Do not receive or wear the CybrThugs Patch.
• Are not granted access to areas, discussions, or activities restricted to patched Thugs.
• Participate only in games, spaces, and activities considered appropriate for their age and Cadet status.

Recognition as a CybrCadet shall not be represented as membership, prospect status, or nomination for membership in The CybrThugs.

Section 2 – Admission to the CybrCadets

No individual becomes a CybrCadet merely through application, invitation, self-identification, participation in a game, friendship, family relationship, or association with The CybrThugs.

All requests for CybrCadet consideration shall be directed to Smitten. No individual Thug may independently recruit, enroll, approve, or represent a minor as a CybrCadet.

Before a minor may be considered for recognition as a CybrCadet, a parent or legal guardian must knowingly authorize the child's participation and acknowledge the rules governing the CybrCadets.

A prospective CybrCadet must demonstrate the ability and willingness to listen, learn, follow direction, work with others, and participate responsibly in multiplayer gaming.

Smitten shall oversee the evaluation of prospective CybrCadets and determine when a candidate is ready to be presented to the patched Thugs for consideration.

Recognition as a CybrCadet requires the approval of Smitten and the unanimous vote of the patched Thugs.

A patched Thug may recommend that a young gamer be considered for the CybrCadets, but such a recommendation grants no status and shall be referred to Smitten.

Contact concerning Cadet consideration shall be conducted through the minor's parent or legal guardian whenever reasonably practicable. No CybrThug shall privately solicit a minor for admission to the CybrCadets.

Admission as a CybrCadet constitutes permission to participate in approved CybrCadet activities. It does not constitute membership, prospect status, nomination for membership, or any promise of future consideration for the CybrThugs Patch.

Section 3 – Eligibility

The CybrCadets are primarily intended for younger gamers who wish to participate in multiplayer gaming alongside The CybrThugs but are not ready or appropriate for consideration for the Patch.

CybrCadets are generally under thirteen (13) years of age, although thirteen is not an absolute age of separation. Cadet status may continue beyond that age when Smitten determines that continued participation remains appropriate.

Participation requires:

• Permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• Compliance with all CybrCadet conduct and safety requirements.
• Compliance with the minimum-age requirements and rules of any game, platform, service, or communication system used for participation.

The CybrThugs shall not create, provide, or require an account for a CybrCadet on a service for which that Cadet does not meet the service's minimum-age requirements.

Age alone neither qualifies nor disqualifies an individual from future consideration for the CybrThugs Patch.

Prior or current Cadet status provides no automatic right, preference, nomination, or claim to membership. Any future consideration for the Patch must occur independently under the standard nomination requirements and unanimous vote of the patched Thugs.

Section 4 – Safety and Conduct

Because the CybrCadets involve minors, their safety takes precedence over ordinary clan customs and culture.

Accordingly:

• CybrCadet activities shall occur only through age-appropriate games, platforms, communication methods, and designated spaces.
• Organized Cadet activities shall be supervised by Smitten or by persons specifically authorized by her.
• Adult members shall not initiate private, unsupervised communications with CybrCadets through clan-controlled spaces.
• Sexual, explicit, or otherwise age-inappropriate material is prohibited within CybrCadet activities and spaces.
• Adult humor and unrestricted roast culture permitted elsewhere within the CybrThugs community shall not be directed toward CybrCadets.
• Personal identifying information concerning CybrCadets shall not be solicited, disclosed, or distributed through clan-controlled spaces except where legitimately required for administration and handled by an authorized person.
• Parents and legal guardians may raise safety, participation, or conduct concerns directly with Smitten.
• Any conduct involving a CybrCadet that raises a legitimate safety concern shall be brought to Smitten's attention.

These safeguards supersede conflicting clan customs whenever a CybrCadet is involved.

Section 5 – Command and Administration

Smitten holds administrative authority over the CybrCadets and is responsible for the intake, evaluation, supervision, organization, and enforcement of the rules governing the division.

In that capacity, Smitten may establish and enforce rules specific to CybrCadet participation; evaluate prospective Cadets; determine when a prospective Cadet is ready to be presented for a vote; approve responsible persons to assist with supervised Cadet activities; organize approved activities and spaces; and restrict, suspend, or terminate participation when necessary for safety or conduct.

Smitten's administrative authority does not replace the unanimous vote required for initial recognition as a CybrCadet.

Smitten's authority over the CybrCadets is limited to matters concerning the administration and operation of the youth division. It does not establish additional rank or command authority over patched Thugs in matters unrelated to the CybrCadets.

Section 6 – Relationship to the Patch

The CybrCadets exist to teach younger gamers how to participate responsibly alongside others and within the CybrThugs community.

Cadet participation may provide experience with the culture, expectations, and values of The CybrThugs, but the CybrCadets are not a path of automatic advancement toward membership.

A CybrCadet or former CybrCadet may be considered for the Patch only when independently nominated under the same membership procedures applicable to any other candidate.

The decision to nominate belongs to a qualified patched Thug. The decision to grant the Patch belongs unanimously to the patched Thugs.

The CybrCadets carry the banner in preparation, not in rank. The Patch must still be earned.

This amendment formally records the recognition of Violet Rose as the first CybrCadet of The CybrThugs.

Following the establishment of the CybrCadets under Amendment VIII, Violet Rose participated alongside members of The CybrThugs and was evaluated according to the standards expected of those who carry the CybrThugs name.

Through her conduct during multiplayer gaming, Violet Rose demonstrated the qualities required of a CybrCadet:

• Teamwork – working with the group rather than solely for herself.
• No Man Left Behind – standing with her teammates and understanding that the team succeeds or fails together.
• Honor – conducting herself in a manner worthy of representing The CybrThugs.

Having demonstrated those standards, Smitten's Shenanigans, acting as administrator of the CybrCadets, approved Violet Rose for consideration and presented her to the patched Thugs.

Following a unanimous vote of the patched Thugs, Violet Rose was formally recognized as the first CybrCadet on February 16, 2026.

Her recognition established the standard for those who would follow: the CybrCadet name is earned through conduct. A Cadet must demonstrate teamwork, uphold No Man Left Behind, and represent The CybrThugs with honor.

Recognition as a CybrCadet does not constitute membership, prospect status, nomination for membership, or entitlement to the CybrThugs Patch. Violet Rose holds the standing and protections established for CybrCadets under Amendment VIII.

This amendment permanently records Violet Rose as CybrCadet No. 1 and the first individual to earn recognition under the standards of the CybrCadets.

She carries the banner in preparation, not in rank.

This amendment formally records the recognition of ChugJug as a CybrCadet of The CybrThugs.

ChugJug's path to the CybrCadets demonstrated one of the reasons the division was created in the first place. The standard was not whether he already knew how to conduct himself as a member of the team. The standard was whether he was willing to listen, learn, accept direction, and improve.

Through his time gaming alongside The CybrThugs, ChugJug demonstrated that willingness. He learned to work with the team rather than simply play alongside it, to understand and uphold No Man Left Behind, and to recognize that carrying the CybrThugs name means representing it with honor through his conduct.

His progress demonstrated that the CybrCadets were more than a place for younger gamers to play with The CybrThugs. The division could do what it was created to do: teach the standards before granting the recognition.

Having demonstrated his readiness, Smitten's Shenanigans, acting as administrator of the CybrCadets, approved ChugJug for consideration and presented him to the patched Thugs.

Following a unanimous vote of the patched Thugs, ChugJug was formally recognized as a CybrCadet on March 21, 2026.

Recognition as a CybrCadet does not constitute membership, prospect status, nomination for membership, or entitlement to the CybrThugs Patch. ChugJug holds the standing and protections established for CybrCadets under Amendment VIII.

Where the first CybrCadet established the standard, ChugJug demonstrated the purpose behind it. His recognition is entered into the permanent Charter record as evidence that the CybrCadets are not defined merely by age, but by a young gamer's willingness to learn what it means to stand with the team and represent The CybrThugs with honor.

He earned the right to carry the banner in preparation, not in rank.
